Self Registration Steps

1. Prepare a soft copy of the following documents for your registration:
   Mandatory
   
   1. Letter of Indemnity
   2. Letter of Undertaking
   3. ACRA Incorporation Certificate/Business Profile/Bizfile
   4. Specimen Signatures of Authorized Signatories
   
   If applicable
   
   1. Singapore Customs UEN letter
      • Singapore Custom's Confirmation of registration of applicant's UEN for import/export purposes
   2. Factory License
   3. Manufacturer's Declaration

2. Prepare the Authorized Digital Signatories' Images for your registration:
   1. The digital signatories' images will have to be the same from the Specimen Signatures of Authorized Signatories list.
   2. The image requirements as below:
      • Acceptable Format: *.png, *gif, *jpeg, *.bmp
      • Select only 1 file per upload
      • File size should be about 100 KB
      • Dimension of the image has to be at least 350 by 150 pixels
      • Background color of image must be white or transparent
   3. Need help on resizing

3. Click on the 'Sign Up' button


4. Refer to this user guide for more help on the registration process


5. Once submitted, your registration is routed to your selected Chamber for approval


6. Upon approved, you will receive an email confirmation with an attached CMS and GIRO form


7. Submit completed forms to the address indicated in the email ([email protected])


8. Application processing time:
   1. For payment mode via Giro, you will receive your account details within 3-5 working days after your GIRO is approved by the bank. Please note that the bank will take about 2 to 3 weeks to process your Giro application.
   2. For payment via Credit card, you will receive your account within 1-3 working days. You will then be required to enter your credit card details directly into our NBS billing portal with your account details. As credit card details are confidential, we will not request via phone call or email.
